Privacy Policy

This is a template drafted for OMNIA's early-access phase. Have a qualified lawyer review it — especially for GDPR/CCPA obligations — before launch.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store passwords in plain text).
- Store & product data: anything you enter as a seller — store details, product listings, uploaded files.
- Order data: what you bought, when, and for how much. Card details go directly to Stripe — OMNIA never sees or stores your card number.
- Subscriber emails: if you subscribe to a creator's store, that creator sees your email.
- Local preferences: things like course progress, saved items, and follows are stored in your browser's localStorage, not on our servers.
How we use it
To run the marketplace: process orders, deliver purchases, confirm bookings, and let creators reach their subscribers. We don't sell your personal data, and OMNIA doesn't show third-party advertising.
Third parties
- Stripe processes payments (their policy).
- Anthropic processes store descriptions you submit to the AI store builder to generate your storefront.
- Railway hosts our servers.
- Embedded lesson videos load from YouTube, Vimeo, or Loom, which may set their own cookies when you play them.
Retention & deletion
We keep account and order data while your account is active and as required for tax and accounting. Email itszarmi@gmail.com to request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us and we'll honor valid requests.
