OMNIA is a marketplace where independent creators ("Sellers") list and sell digital products — courses, downloads, templates, communities, memberships, and bookings — to buyers ("Buyers"). OMNIA provides the platform, checkout, and delivery infrastructure; Sellers are responsible for the products they sell.
You need an account to buy or sell. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to sell, and you must provide accurate information.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout, including any discounts. Digital products are delivered to your library immediately after payment confirms. Bookings are confirmed for the slot you select after payment.

We may remove listings that violate these terms or applicable law. Rights holders can report infringement via the "Report this listing" link on any product page; we respond to valid notices promptly.
OMNIA's fees are shown to Sellers before publishing. Fees may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to completed sales.
OMNIA is provided "as is" during early access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMNIA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
We'll notify account holders of material changes to these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
